Our fast-paced, physical roles take you to the heart of Amazon operations—whether you're processing customer orders, handling returns, or working in a same-day delivery site. You'll be stowing, picking, packing, or managing customer returns throughout the warehouse.
What you'll need to get started
Be 18 years or older
Understand and follow instructions in Portuguese
Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
What you'll be doing
Receive and stow inventory in designated warehouse locations, pick customer orders from shelves, and pack items for shipment
Load packed boxes onto trucks, unload incoming freight from trailers, and use scanners to read bar codes on products
View prompts on screens, follow directions for tasks, troubleshoot problems, and ensure products meet quality requirements
Some roles offer the opportunity to learn how to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.

Early Morning, Daytime, Evening, and Overnight shift options available to fit your schedule.
Full-Time (44 hours/week), Reduced-Time (30–39 hours/week), Part-Time (20–29 hours/week) and Flex-Time (0–19 hours/week) opportunities to match the hours that work best for you.
Shifts include 3x2 (3 days on, 2 days off, repeat) and 5x2 (5 days on, 2 days off) options — giving you flexibility to choose a rhythm that fits your lifestyle.
