Warehouse job requirements
Join Amazon's warehouse team with ease! Our entry-level positions have minimal requirements. Your next career opportunity could be just a simple application away.


Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have good knowledge of Portuguese, with the ability to understand and follow all work requirements and safety guidelines.

Able to stand and walk during working hours

Able to comply with workplace safety rules

Able to handle heavy objects up to 12 kg (for PWD jobs) or up to 15 kg independently and 23 kg with team assistance

Your jobs account must be different than your Amazon shopping account.
- Click "Register" to begin creating an account
- Begin creating your account by entering your personal details
- Create an easy-to-remember six-digit PIN
- Verify your account through email or phone number

- Enter your email address or phone number associated with your Amazon jobs account
- Enter your six-digit PIN
- Confirm your secure login through email or phone number

Stage 2
Complete the application requirements

Complete the general application information
- Indicate if you were referred to Amazon
- Input self-identification information such as gender and disability

Complete the online assessment
- The online assessment will take about 20 minutes to complete.
- Take your time with the assessment — it helps us find the right fit for you and the role. If you don't pass this time, you'll need to wait around 90 days before applying again.

Review contingent offer & confirm job details
- At this stage, you will receive a contingent offer. Please review your shift and job details. If everything looks great, please click "Accept Offer."
- Please note: This is not your final offer. Your final offer will be determined after you successfully complete all onboarding paperwork and a health evaluation. If selected, you will receive a job offer via email.

It's time to select your Pre-Hire Appointment.
- Choose an in-person date and time that works for you.

Attend Pre-Hire Appointment and complete paperwork

Complete your Pre-Hire Appointment checklist tasks
Before your Pre-Hire Appointment session, complete the required tasks:
- Upload your work authorization documents.
- Add your bank account information
- Watch the Pre-Hire video.
- Take and submit your badge photo.
If you need to, you can also change or reschedule your Pre-Hire Appointment.

Attend a Pre-Hire Appointment
Here's what you need to know about the Pre-Hire Appointment:
What to bring
- A Government issued valid ID.
- For People with Disabilities, you will also need a Laudo. This is an official medical evaluation and examination document whose main function is the communication of health conditions and related needs.
What we'll do together
- Complete employment verification using Brazilian documents (CPF, RG/CNH)
- Complete onboarding paperwork
- Complete a health evaluation, including a physical capabilities assessment and occupational health screening, to ensure you're a good fit for the role

- The appointment is part of Amazon's hiring process and is unpaid
- Plan for the appointment to take about 30 minutes

- If you've been selected for the job, you will receive your final offer via email. Congratulations!
What to expect for your first day at Amazon Brazil
If you are hired for the role, prior to your first day, you'll need to complete a couple last tasks and prepare for your new job. On your first day, you'll receive training for your role and learn crucial safety protocols.

Complete your final paperwork

Log back into your Amazon portal to complete your last few tasks, such as Terms of Employment paperwork.
Amazon warehouse attire requirements

Hair must be kept above collar length

Pants must fit properly, no dragging hems, no overly wide pants, no skirts

No jewelry - no earrings, necklaces, bracelets, wedding rings are OK

Badge must be clipped to chest
