Health Insurance
Amazon covers 100% of the premium for your medical insurance through Care Plus — for all employees (excluding seasonal workers) and their spouses, partners, and dependents, including children through age 29. Doctor visits, exams, therapy, maternity, hospitalization — it's all included.
Dental Insurance
Smile — it's covered too. Amazon pays 100% of premiums for dental coverage through Care Plus for all employees, interns, apprentices and seasonal workers, plus eligible spouses, partners and dependents, including children through age 29.
Wellness Benefits
Feeling good isn't a bonus — it's the baseline. Amazon partners with Wellhub to give all employees (including interns and apprentices) an all-inclusive subscription to the largest network of gyms, studios and wellness apps, all at reduced costs. Your body and mind will thank you.

Paid Time Off
All employees and interns (except seasonal staff) receive 30 days of paid time off upon completing 12 months of hire. Interns employed less than 12 months are eligible for prorated paid time off following national legislation. Rest up — you've earned it.
Maternity/Paternity Leave
Growing your family is a big deal — and Amazon treats it that way. Primary caregivers of any gender receive 120 days of paid leave, with the option to extend for another 60 days fully paid by Amazon. Secondary caregivers with at least 1 year of service receive 6 weeks of paid parental leave. Plus, a Ramp Back program helps you ease into work through adjusted hours when you're ready to return.

There is such a thing as a free lunch. Amazon provides free meals to all employees at the facility's onsite restaurant where available. No cantina? Customer Service Associate? No problem — you'll receive a meal voucher card to cover your daily meals. Either way, lunch is on us.
Assistance with Commute
Getting to work shouldn't cost you half your day's pay. For warehouse workers, Amazon subsidizes 100% of the cost of transportation vouchers — above the legally mandated 94% — for all employees and interns (excluding seasonal staff).
